If you've found yourself here chances are you're looking into lifestyle changes, and your search has led you to Odyssey Fitness. 

But what makes us different from the countless other times you've tried to be fit or eat right?

We Accept the Challenge

Here we acknowledge that these are hard changes to make, so

  • We don't sell you lies that promise you overnight results with minimal effort
  • There will be a system to simplify difficult processes
  • You will be motivated to shine in the time we spend together and apart in your Odyssey
This sets us apart because we can respond to information overload in the fitness world that keeps you stuck or questioning your ability:
Am I doing this right? How do I set this up? Is my form ok? How much protein do I need? Why am I so sore? Why am I not sore, did I not go hard enough? 
And the list goes on.
It's ok to feel bogged down by it all — but I don't believe that's what you want, and I don't want that for any of you! 

From Confusion, to Confidence
Here at Odyssey, we provide you with a system to tackle your obstacles that will have you excel and instead say 
I did it! That wasn't so bad. Where is my shaker bottle? I can't wait for my next meal! I'm ready for tomorrow!

Here we also know this is a Marathon and not a Sprint, which is why we can make these changes lifelong experiences that don't take the life out of you.

Life Happens, and We Plan for It

Life can get messy. We take that into account by working on strong base routines and values so when things settle, you can pick up where you left off. 

This is my favorite part of working together because your mood at the restart isn't low from missing time or losing progress, instead it's ready and motivated to continue climbing to your goals.
